The electronic sensor is positioned overhead to reliably detect all sizes of animals, from small lambs through to large rams, without relying on a glass window that could affect sensor performance over time.

The relay is externally replaceable at minimal cost, and a spare is supplied with every unit, which means a minor electrical issue does not put the machine out of action at a critical time. The electrical system is protected against short circuits through a thermal overload that resets easily, removing the need for fuse replacements in the field. The pump supplied is a quality twin impellor unit selected specifically for reliability and performance.
